I started as a caregiver in Arizona's assisted living homes and worked my way up to manager.
That's when I realized: there was no system. Compliance deadlines on sticky notes. Certifications in spreadsheets, if tracked at all. I needed something that would just remind me. It didn't exist, so I built it.
What started as coded Excel sheets became CareDash Pro, a full platform with AI built in to help managers stay on top of everything without drowning in paperwork.
